Our mission is to deliver services of a high standard to meet the needs of the rapidly expanding community of individuals of determination and those experiencing barriers to inclusion. We intend to build awareness and understanding of related issues within the local community, to create more inclusive programs. Our aim is to create more collaborative, rather than competitive, relationships with businesses, schools and community organizations across the UAE.
We aim to provide consult services to businesses to provide specialist expertise on supporting employees of determination. Such services complement your business by ensuring a truly inclusive, accessible and supportive work environment for individuals of determination.
We work alongside the organization to identify suitable roles for individuals of determination and assist with ensuring a smooth transition into the workplace for both the individual and the organization. Direct therapeutic interventions and training is also provided to individuals to maximize their potential to work in their appointed role
